...fascinating. A long read, but hey, shut up, it's the weekend. And I see real applications for this in homeschooling.
I learn kinda weird. I'm a big crammer. I'll go the entire semester without cracking the textbook, and then read it the night before finals. I carried a 4.0 most of the time, too. Except I failed Chemistry. You see, there was this blond in class, and...
In the Police Academy, we had a final every Friday, and if we didn't get A's, we failed. Plus, we had tests every day. Watching the other cadets stress out was highly amusing. My University Anatomy class was the same way. Big make-or-break test every Friday. Best instructor I ever had.
The wife and I met in that class, and were lab partners. Out of 300 possible points, I got 318, and she got 320. We destroyed the curve, and the prof was ever fond of rubbing us into the other class members faces. She and he and I became fast friends, and he had us over to his house for drinks a few times, before we moved from the area.
Anyway, read the damn article. And if you find some place where I can pirate the software, let me know.
